The Customer is defined as anyone who accesses mybestdeals.com regardless of whether said Customer is a registered user and regardless of whether said Customer places an order or not. These Terms of User describe your rights and responsibilities as the Customer of mybestdeals.com and govern all purchases made at mybestdeals.com

mybestdeals.com services are provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors aged between 13 and 17, who have parental permission to open and maintain an account. Use of the mybestdeals.com web site service constitutes acceptance and agreement of these Terms of User. In case of any disputes between the Customer and mybestdeals.com, mybestdeals.com reserves the final right of decision.

All content on mybestdeals.com, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, videos and anything else that may appear on mybestdeals.com is for personal use only and not to be reproduced for any other purposes without prior permission from mybestdeals.com.

   All content that is the property of mybestdeals.com are protected by international copyright laws.

2. mybestdeals.com shall not be liable or responsible for any injury or damage to any person or property whatsoever by reason of, or in any manner growing out of, any content posted by mybestdeals.com or third parties.

3. There may be links on mybestdeals.com that lead to Third Party web sites posted either by mybestdeals.com or another party. The Customer is advised to read the privacy policy and terms of use of these websites. mybestdeals.com is not responsible for any materials or content found on such Third Party web sites and will not be held liable for any consequences as a result of the Customer accessing or using these Third Party web sites.

4. mybestdeals.com does not accept any responsibility or liability for any losses, damage or injury of any kind which is in any way connected with the Customer's use of mybestdeals.com's products.

5. The Customer certifies that (s)he is over the legal age 18 and has the ability to enter into any and all transactions on mybestdeals.com website. For Customers aged between 13 and 17, they can only use the website services under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians. Users aged below 13 are not permitted to use the website.

6. Cash Dollar and MyBestDeals Points

   Cash Dollars and MyBestDeals Points are exclusive currencies used on mybestdeals.com. Should an item be valid for purchase using Cash Dollars, no more than 90% of the cost of can be paid for with Cash Dollars. MyBestDeals Points can be used to redeem Cash Dollars at rates specified by mybestdeals.com or at special promotion rates set during promotion periods. Promotion deals may end, become invalid or be terminated at any point without prior notice. mybestdeals.com reserves the final right of decision in the distribution, earning and use of these currencies and may add, delete, and/or modify any rights related to these currencies without prior notice.

7. Cancellation

   The Customer may make cancellation of any order by successfully contacting our customer support team before shipment has been made. The Customer may not in any case cancel the order if the order has already been shipped and the email notification of shipment has been sent. In case of any disputes between the Customer and mybestdeals.com, mybestdeals.com reserves the final right of decision.

8. Exchange/Return

   If the Customer receives a defective or faulty product, the product can be exchanged or refunded within 5 working days from the day that it was received. The product must be unused, unwashed and with original packaging intact. For orders without tracking, products can be exchanged or refunded until 30 days after the order was placed by the Customer. In cases of disputes, mybestdeals.com reserves the right of final judgment.

9. Insurance Option

   The Customer may purchase an insurance option at the time of placing the order. Under the insurance option, should the order delivery not reach the Customer due to unforeseen circumstances, mybestdeals.com will re-ship the item to the Customer. Each insurance option only covers the specific order which it was purchased for and is non-refundable.

10. Appropriate Care and Usage

    Customers have the responsibility to take the appropriate care in using any products purchased from mybestdeals.com. All electronics should be handled with care and all food related items and utensils should be washed thoroughly before use. In the case of any harm, injuries, or any negative consequence as a result of using any product purchases on mybestdeals.com, it will be the sole responsibility of the Customer and mybestdeals.com will not be held responsible in any manner or form.

11. Order Shipping

    Our delivery times for regular airmail shipments take approximately 7-15 business days for deliveries to USA and Canada. For shipments to other countries, transit may take longer due to shipping delays and increased security checks with international customs. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may incur additional transit time due to unforeseen delays with the shipping service provider and extreme weather conditions.

12. Shipping & Delivery

    mybestdeals.com utilizes well known and reputable national & international shipping carriers. All shipping times are within the control of the outside carrier and therefore are not guaranteed by mybestdeals.com. We do not currently offer overnight shipping on a local or worldwide basis. mybestdeals.com is not responsible for any VAT, Duty Charges or Brokerage Fees at time of delivery. Please check with your local laws and regulations as we are unable to advise you on these matters.

13. Order Tracking

    Tracking service is NOT available for orders made via regular airmail.

    If your order has been shipped out using an express courier service (e.g. FedEx), you may trace its progress using the tracking link provided in your order invoice. Our system will send you an email notification within 24 hours of your goods being dispatched.

14. User Conduct

    The Customer guarantees, warrants and certifies that it does not infringe upon or unlawfully, wrongfully, or improperly use any trademark, trade name, service mark, or copyright owned or claimed by another. The Customer further guarantees, warrants, and certifies that to its knowledge, no action, suit proceeding, or investigation has been instituted or threatened relating to any trademark, trade name, service mark, copyright formerly or currently used by the Customer in connection with the services rendered by mybestdeals.com. The Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mybestdeals.com from and against any and all liabilities, costs or expenses which mybestdeals.com might incur arising from or relating to the Customer's infringement upon, or unlawful, wrongful, or improper use of trademark, trade name, service mark, or copyright owned or claimed by another. mybestdeals.com reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion whether to reproduce images presented to it in connection with its business as well as the sole discretion to deny the customer the ability to ultilize the mybestdeals.com website.

15. Termination

    mybestdeals.com may terminate or suspend your account and/or access to all or part of the site, without notice, for any conduct that mybestdeals.com, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful or detrimental to mybestdeals.com or a third party.

18. Governing Of Law

    These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning or arising from these Terms of Use.
